Manufacture of new equipment

At
EbroTank we manufacture all kinds of new tank
containers in accordance with our customers wishes,
the applicable regulations and the product to be transported:

ISO (International Standards Organisation):
of 10, 20 or 30 ft.

CEN standards (Comité Européen
de Normalisation): of 7.15, 7.45 or 7.82 m
-
IMO 0, IMO 1, IMO 2, IMO 5 - according to the
type of product to be transported.

Special tank containers and swap tanks.

In
any case, at EbroTank we do not offer a mass-produced
standard product but manufacture equipment tailored
to suit our customers requests, including the development
of a new design when required. However, as a sample
of our capabilities, we describe some of the models
designed and built recently:

Repair and
Maintenance
|
|
Even
though it does not constitute our main activity,
in our aim of offering an integral service to
our customers we also include the repair and
maintenance of their fleets.
We
consider that a proper preventive maintenance
extends considerably the useful life of the transport
equipment. Every day more and more clients rely
on us for the professional care of their tank
containers and road tankers.

Modification and
Adaptation of used equipment
|
|
Occasionally,
used tank containers in good state can be found
in the market that we modify, adapt to a new application
and get new approvals for the transport of other
substances different from the original.
This system allows our customers to have equipment
available quickly and economically to fulfil a
certain service.
